Fescue Blend

90% Tall Fescue and 10% Kentucky Bluegrass. This blend has a medium to fine blade. It is a very popular blend and installed approximately 95% of all homes. It is known for its drought tolerance because of its deep root system and resistance to many pests and diseases. It stays green year around and is known for durability. The sod comes in 8 square foot rolls with the dimension of 2 ft wide by 4 ft long.
